- Room size, window type, outlet availability, stair access, and other installation details

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Payment information
Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted payment pages. We do not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.
Stripe may provide us with limited transaction information, such as:
- Customer name and contact information
- Amount paid
- Payment status
- Transaction identifier
- Billing address
- Refund or dispute information
Communications
If you call or text us, Google Voice may retain call logs, voicemail, text messages, timestamps, and related information.
Email sent to our custom-domain addresses is hosted through Apple iCloud+ Mail.
Website information
Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may automatically collect information such as:

- Browser and device type
- Referring page
- Pages viewed
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Date, time, and duration of visits

3. Calls, texts, and emails
When you provide a telephone number in connection with an inquiry or rental, you authorize us to contact you about that inquiry, reservation, delivery, rental, extension, pickup, or related customer-service matter.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may ask us to stop nonessential text messages by replying STOP or contacting us directly. We may still send communications reasonably necessary to complete or administer an active transaction, address safety concerns, or comply with law.
We do not send recurring promotional text messages without separate consent.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- Tally, if its forms are used for customer or partner inquiries
- Stripe for payments, refunds, fraud prevention, and disputes
- Google Voice for calls, voicemail, and text communications
- Apple iCloud+ Mail for email hosting
- Vercel and other website-hosting, security, or technical providers
- Analytics or advertising providers when those services are enabled
- Delivery personnel or contractors assisting with a reservation
- A landlord, property manager, HVAC contractor, or other person when you ask us to coordinate with them
- Accountants, insurers, attorneys, collection providers, or professional advisers
- Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect safety, rights, or property
- A buyer, successor, or adviser in connection with a possible sale, reorganization, financing, or transfer of the business
We do not sell personal information for money.
We do not disclose personal information for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising unless we first update this policy and provide any legally required choices.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use essential technologies needed for security, performance, forms, and basic functionality.

No website, email service, telephone service, payment system, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe information associated with your interaction with us has been compromised.

- Provide information about personal information we maintain about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information that is no longer reasonably necessary
- Stop nonessential marketing communications

The website and rental service are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
A rental reservation must be made by an adult who is at least 18 years old.

The website may link to services operated by third parties, including Tally and Stripe. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change.
